Nano Banana Canvas provides a visual AI workflow platform that enables users to construct, edit, run, and share multi-step generative pipelines on an interactive canvas (collectively, the “Services”). Instead of isolated single-shot generations, the platform allows you to connect nodes for text input, AI-powered image generation, video generation, audio generation, language model calls, and display outputs into a single production chain. The Services support multiple models, including but not limited to GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, and future integrations such as Seedance and HappyHorse.
A key component of the Services is a conversational Agent that can help you draft prompts, propose workflow improvements, and explain execution issues. The Agent is designed as a proposal and explanation layer only; the canvas always retains execution control, and all final decisions remain with you.
Additionally, the Services let you save your workflows as reusable assets, explore and clone workflows published by others in the public community, and manage usage through a credit system that corresponds to the execution of AI-powered steps. Various subscription plans, one‑time packages, and credit packs are offered; current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including the addition or removal of AI models and tools, at any time without prior notice.
To access most features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our Services.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services or the data contained therein.
Removing, obscuring, or altering any legal notices, including copyright and trademark notices, displayed in or along with our Services.
Using our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to our Services without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Services and terminating the accounts of violators.
Nano Banana Canvas offers various subscription plans, one‑time packages, and credit packs with different features, usage limits, and pricing. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third‑party payment processor, and you are subject to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store full payment card information.
Certain operations in the Services consume “Credits,” which are virtual units of value. Credits may be included with subscriptions or packages, or purchased separately. Credit balances are non-refundable and non-transferable, and usage is deducted as AI-powered steps are executed within your workflows.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded or restricted according to our free tier policies.
If a payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
While fees are generally non-refundable, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may warrant compensation. In the event of an Account Takeover incident where unauthorized access to your account results in fraudulent charges or loss of credits, we will investigate the matter thoroughly. If we determine that the incident occurred due to a security vulnerability on our end and not as a result of your negligence in maintaining account security, we may provide the following remedies:
Full or partial refund of any fraudulent charges made during the unauthorized access period.
Restoration of credits or services that were consumed by the unauthorized party.
Complimentary credit allocation as compensation for the inconvenience.
Extension of your subscription period equivalent to the time during which your account was compromised.
To be eligible for such compensation, you must report the incident to us at faceswap@126.com within 7 days of discovery, provide all requested information and cooperate with our investigation, and demonstrate that you took reasonable measures to secure your account. Compensation will not be provided if you violated these Terms or if the compromise arose from your own negligence or intentional sharing of credentials.
If you experience significant service disruptions that prevent use of the Services for an extended period, you may contact us to request pro‑rata credits or an extension of your subscription term. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a determination will be made within 10 business days.
